Warranty Policy
Products that include a warranty will have the applicable warranty period listed on the product page.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty claims are limited to repair or replacement of the defective product at the sole discretion of Next Level Neo.
This warranty does NOT cover:
- Improper installation or wiring
- Damage caused by incorrect voltage, power surges, or poor electrical connections
- Damage to vehicle systems or components
- Physical damage, abuse, or misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Water damage unless explicitly stated as waterproof
- Any modifications or alterations to the product
Professional installation is strongly recommended. Failure to properly install products may void warranty coverage.
Next Level Neo is not responsible for any damage to vehicles, electrical systems, or other components resulting from the use or installation of our products.
Warranty coverage is limited strictly to the product itself and does not extend to any collateral damage or associated costs.
All warranty claims require the product to be returned to Next Level Neo for inspection before a replacement is issued.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return items for warranty evaluation. If the product is confirmed defective, shipping for the replacement will be covered by Next Level Neo.
If the returned product is found to be in working condition, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Refund / Exchange Policy
Uninstalled items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to a 10% restocking fee.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused and uninstalled
- Item must be in original packaging
- Item must be in resellable condition
Installed items are NOT eligible for return under any circumstances.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Any item that shows signs of installation, modification, or use will be denied for return and sent back at the customer’s expense.
By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to these refund and return terms. Filing a chargeback in violation of this policy may result in denial of future purchases and additional action to recover funds.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are properly packaged. Next Level Neo is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
Any damage incurred during return shipping may result in denial of refund or warranty claim.
Before shipping anything out. Please contact us about the issues, many issues can be resolved with a simple solution.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Next Level Neo is not liable for any damage that may occur when shipping an item to us and for this reason we recommend adding insurance to your package. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping and insurance will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
