Warranty Policy
Products that include a warranty state the period of that warranty on the product listing. Next Level Neo is not responsible for any costs associated with install, uninstall, or shipping costs to us in the event of any issues. All defective products still under warranty will need to be returned to Next Level Neo for a replacement unit to be sent.

If product is repaired or replaced, return shipping charges will be covered by Next Level Neo. If the product is sent back and deemed to be in working condition, customer will be responsible for any further shipping costs.

Refund / Exchange Policy

Uninstalled items returned within 30 days of reception qualify for a no-hassle refund, subject to a 10% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for shipping fees incurred to return the item. After 30 days from the date of purchase, orders no longer qualify for a refund and cannot be returned. If your item has already been installed on your vehicle, it is not eligible for a refund. Items must be returned in original packaging and in perfect condition to be eligible for a refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Next Level Neo is not liable for any damage that may occur when shipping an item to us and for this reason we recommend adding insurance to your package. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
