Ultrasonic Cutter Maintenance Set for all ZO series cutters SB01
- In stock, ready to ship
- Inventory on the way
One of the worst things for a builder to deal with is an ultrasonic cutter that keeps going into safe mode. With the highspeed vibrations the blade anchor wears and wont seat properly making the cutter overheat faster and cut out. The vibrations of the cutter not only wear out the blade anchor but they also build up dirt on the inside of the tool. Using this kit you can easily clean out the cutter so that new holder wont wear out faster.
- Insert clear abrasive sheet into the slot on the aluminum rod.
- Wrap the sheet around the rod, with the rough side facing out.
- Insert this assembly into the opening of the sonic cutter, and clean with a rotating motion.
